Returns & Exchanges 

We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an unsuitable item.


We offer a refund or exchange for full-priced unopened items received back at our store within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs and insurance and these shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging and with the original labels attached. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you choose the relevant shipping service to make sure it reaches us. Your refund will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account depending on who you bank with. 

For sale items purchased online, all sale products must be returned within 7 days. If any home accessory items excluding furniture from online orders arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Furniture cannot be returned through change of mind or found to be unsuitable.

Furniture items are examined by WOW Cornwall team or manufacturers transport before despatch.  Damage noted upon receipt should be notified to within 48 hours including photographs of damage to the item. If item arrives in damaged packaging please photograph prior to opening.
Damaged items will be refunded or replacements ordered.  Please state preference when notifying WOW Cornwall of any damage.
WOW Cornwall will need to advise manufacturer within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, for manufacturer to accept item for collection/refund or replacement.
Collection will be undertaken within 10-15 days of notification. Furniture replacement may take 10 - 15 working days to resolve, or longer if item is manufactured to order.

Faulty Goods

If you have received a product you believe to be faulty or damaged, call our customer services department on 01208 640412, or contact us via  and we will do our very best to resolve the problem for you. We package everything with the utmost care, so we apologise in advance if you receive a damaged product.
