Wow Cornwall offers free delivery within mainland UK for orders over £500.

Our standard pricing for delivery is based on the combined weight of your order.  

• Up to 1.4kg = £4.95
• 1.4kg - 4kg = £6.95
• 4kg - 5.5kg = £9.95
• 5.5kg - 10kg = £14.95
• 10kg - 15.5kg = £19.95
• 15.5kg - 20.5kg = £24.95
• 20.5kg - 25.5kg = £29.95
• 25.5kg + = £69.95 (Two man delivery required)
• Overs exceeding £500 = Free Delivery

We also offer free click & collect from our Wadebridge store, located at 41 Molesworth St, Wadebridge PL27 7DH.  If you're local, please select 'pick up' at checkout and we look forward to meeting you in store when your item is ready for collection. Most stock is available to collect within 48 hours.

Smaller items

Wow Cornwall is pleased to offer delivery nationwide for smaller items such as soft furnishings and home accessories (small delivery charge applies).

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch items within the same day, smaller items are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, DHL and DPD.

Larger Items

Wow Cornwall offers delivery across Cornwall and throughout the UK for larger items such as furniture and statement pieces.

Our in-house delivery team handles all orders within Cornwall, ensuring each item is transported with care and placed where you’d like it. For deliveries outside Cornwall, our trusted manufacturers and delivery partners handle fulfilment on our behalf across the UK.

We aim to deliver larger items within 7–10 working days, depending on availability and location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with delivery details and contact information for tracking or coordination.

White glove delivery 

For an additional charge, white glove delivery is available as a premium service that goes beyond standard delivery. It includes additional services such as unpacking, assembly, placement, and even packaging removal. With white glove delivery, professional delivery personnel handle every aspect of the delivery process, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. It is ideal for
larger or more complex items, offering convenience and peace of mind to customers.

We also offer holiday home deliveries in Cornwall for owners who are unable to be in attendance for deliveries.

Made to Order

We also offer pre-order options on selected made-to-order items. You can place a pre-order through checkout as usual, and we’ll contact you directly to confirm your fulfilment date once the order is placed. Why is the delivery time longer than I’d expect?

Some of our furniture is made to order - so it’s made just for you and may take time before it’s ready to be sent to you.
