Small Items

We deliver smaller items such as soft furnishings, home accessories and gifts throughout the UK.

Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday using DPD Tracked 24 Hour Delivery.

Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive an email containing full tracking information.

Please note that deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland may take longer than the standard next working day service.


Large Items

We deliver furniture and larger statement pieces throughout Cornwall and across the UK.

For deliveries within Cornwall, our in house delivery team handles your order with care and can place items in your chosen room where appropriate.

For deliveries outside Cornwall, we work with trusted manufacturers and specialist delivery partners to fulfil orders nationwide.

Most large item orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days, subject to availability and location.

We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide delivery details once your order has been scheduled.


White Glove Delivery

For an additional charge, we offer a premium White Glove Delivery service.

This may include:

  • Delivery to your room of choice
  • Unpacking
  • Assembly
  • Positioning of furniture
  • Removal of packaging

This service is ideal for larger furniture items and offers a hassle free delivery experience.

We can also arrange deliveries to Cornwall holiday homes where the owner is unable to attend in person.

Why Do Some Items Take Longer To Arrive?

Some of our furniture and larger pieces are made to order. These items are produced specifically for you and may require additional manufacturing time before dispatch.

Where longer lead times apply, these will be shown on the relevant product page wherever possible.

Returns & Exchanges 

We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an unsuitable item.

Returns

Our return address is: Wow Cornwall, Unit 3c Trecerus Industrial Estate, Padstow. Cornwall. PL28 8RW.

We offer a refund or exchange for full-priced unopened items received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping costs and insurance and these shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging and with the original labels attached. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you choose the relevant shipping service to make sure it reaches us. A refund will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order, and it can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account depending on chosen bank. 

For sale items purchased online, all sale products must be returned within 7 days. If any home accessory items excluding furniture from online orders arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

If you have any queries about sizing, please contact our customer services team for specific measurements before ordering.

Furniture cannot be returned through change of mind or found to be unsuitable.

Furniture items are examined by WOW Cornwall team or manufacturers transport before despatch.  Damage noted upon receipt should be notified to orders@wowcornwall.co.uk within 48 hours including photographs of damage to the item. If item arrives in damaged packaging please photograph prior to opening.
 
Damaged items will be refunded or replacements ordered.  Please state preference when notifying WOW Cornwall of any damage.
 
WOW Cornwall will need to advise manufacturer within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, for manufacturer to accept item for collection/refund or replacement.
 
Collection will be undertaken within 10-15 days of notification. Furniture replacement may take 10 - 15 working days to resolve, or longer if item is manufactured to order.
 
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer services department on orders@wowcornwall.co.uk

Faulty Goods

If you have received a product you believe to be faulty or damaged, call our customer services department on 01841 533091, or contact us via orders@wowcornwall.co.uk  and we will do our very best to resolve the problem for you. We package everything with the utmost care, so we apologise in advance if you receive a damaged product. 

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, then please contact our customer services department on 01841 533091, or contact us via orders@wowcornwall.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in the returns policy above.
